Food Inc. - a documentary film on risks of our food supply chain
Another documentary film I watched last weekend - Food Inc.
It talks about how a handful of giant food suppliers like Tyson, Kraft, WalMart, McDonald's and similar corporations took control of our dinner table. It also talks about government regulatory agencies are involved in those corporations for their profit.
The story of how Monsanto took control of soybean seeds with their GMO products, and eventually became monopoly struck me hard.
I found this book, will read sometime soon.
